Andrew was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012, after obtaining his law degree from Queen’s University in 2011 and his undergraduate degree with honours from the University of Toronto in 2007.
After working at two prominent labour and employment law boutique firms, he ventured into launching his own employment law practice. Andrew also previously took charge of overseeing the entire business operations for a major franchise company, with franchises all throughout Ontario.
Andrew is a regular speaker at legal and industry conferences and seminars, presenting on a wide range of various topics to other employment lawyers, to the business community, and to human resources professionals. He has also written publications for Lancaster House, a national leader in research for labour, employment and human rights law.
Outside of the office, Andrew serves his local community as a kids’ soccer coach. He is also a licensed airplane pilot and a former Ontario provincial chess finalist.
