Cait Quartarone

Cait is a corporate/commercial and commercial real estate lawyer. Her practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and the financing of businesses and commercial properties. She also advises on business formation and structuring, negotiates and drafts commercial agreements, and supports clients with general corporate and commercial matters.

She works closely with a broad range of clients – from individuals and local startups to established businesses – and brings experience across a diverse set of industries, including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, recreation, hospitality, technology, cannabis, agriculture, and energy.

Cait earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa where she achieved a Dean’s Honour List designation and her undergraduate degree from York University where she graduated with Highest Distinction. During her time in law school, Cait served as a member of Pro Bono Students Canada and was appointed by faculty as a Legal Writing Leader and Legal Researcher.

Prior to joining Mack Lawyers, Cait practiced corporate and commercial law at a large, national law firm.
